We want you to feel confident in your purchase. Cancellations are handled in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, the Consumer Protection (Cancellation of Transaction) Regulations, and the policy below.
Cancelling before delivery
You can cancel an order placed on the site by written notice to [email protected] or any other method set by law. As a rule, a distance sale may be cancelled within 14 days of receiving the product or the disclosure document, whichever is later. If the cancellation is not due to a defect or non-conformity, a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the price or ₪100, whichever is lower, may apply.
Returning the machine
If you cancel after delivery, we'll arrange to collect the machine. Please return it in the condition in which it was received. Refunds are made to the original payment method within the period required by law.
Defective or non-conforming product
If your machine arrives defective or doesn't match your order, contact us promptly and we'll resolve it — by repair, replacement or cancellation, as required by law, with no cancellation fee.
Extended rights
Senior citizens, people with disabilities and new immigrants may be entitled to an extended cancellation period under the circumstances set by law.
