Welcome to Arcraft. Use of this site and purchases made on it are subject to these terms.
1. General
The arcraft.io site is operated by [business / company name] ("Arcraft", "we"). Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these terms, the privacy policy and the cancellation policy.
2. The product
- Arcraft machines are made by hand. Slight differences in wood tone and grain between machines are part of the character of handwork.
- Some images on the site are visualisations (colour simulations and visualisations of the machine in rooms). They are marked as such, and shades may differ from your screen.
- The machine comes with games and runs a RetroPie-based system with a branded theme. Use of RetroPie does not grant any rights to game content, and customers are responsible for the lawful use of any content they add.
3. Prices and payment
- Prices are in Israeli new shekels and include VAT. In Israel the price also includes delivery and installation. No VAT is added on top of the displayed price.
- Prices in other currencies are approximate, based on a recent exchange rate; you are charged the amount and currency shown before you confirm payment.
- Payment is processed by a licensed payment provider. We do not store card details.
- The order confirmation email is not a tax invoice. A tax invoice will be issued in accordance with the law.
4. Orders and delivery
- An order is confirmed once payment confirmation is received from the payment provider.
- Online ordering is currently available for delivery in Israel only.
- Estimated delivery is up to a month from your order. This is an estimate; we'll keep you informed of any change. See Delivery.
5. Cancellations
Cancellations follow Israeli consumer protection law and our cancellation policy.
6. Warranty and service
Three-year warranty and remote support, subject to the warranty terms. The listed technician visit fee (₪250) applies subject to the service and warranty terms and is not charged automatically for repairs covered by the warranty.
7. Intellectual property
The design, logo, images and content of the site belong to Arcraft or their respective owners and may not be copied without permission.
8. Use of the site
You may not use the site for unlawful purposes, attempt to compromise its security or place orders on behalf of others without authorisation.
9. Governing law
