Every Arcraft machine is made by hand and delivered to your door. Here's how delivery works in Israel.
Delivery & installation included
For orders to an address in Israel, delivery and installation in your home are included in the price of the machine. There is no extra charge for standard delivery to an address in Israel.
Estimated delivery time
Estimated delivery is up to a month from your order (from payment confirmation). Each machine is made by hand, and we'll let you know when your machine goes into the workshop, when it's ready and when delivery is scheduled. The delivery time is shown before purchase and in your order confirmation.
Scheduling
- We'll contact you by phone or email to agree on a convenient time.
- When you order we'll ask about floor, elevator, entrance and access notes so we can prepare.
- Please make sure an adult is at home during delivery and installation.
Access to your home
If there are special access limitations (very narrow stairs, no elevator on a high floor, distant parking), mention them in your order or write to us in advance and we'll find a solution together.
Orders outside Israel
Online ordering is currently available for delivery in Israel only. When international orders open, shipping will be priced separately and the Israeli delivery & installation benefit will not apply automatically. Interested already? Write to us.
